SEMI PERMANENT MAKEUP (ALSO KNOWN AS COSMETIC TATTOOING, PERMANENT COSMETICS, MICRO-PIGMENTATION)

Did you know the majority of women who wear make up spend on average 20 – 30 minutes on their daily routine?

Does this include you?

* Do you apply make up daily?
* Does your eye and lip makeup smudge, disappear or melt?
* Are your brows overplucked or have they naturally faded and thinned?
* Are you allergic to conventional cosmetics?
* Do you regularly swim or exercise?
* Do you wear glasses or have difficulty applying makeup?
* Do you suffer from hair loss or thinning i.e. alopecia?
* Have you lost your eyebrows through illness?

“ the semi-permanent makeup is wonderful. My eyebrows are symmetrical and require no maintenance, my lips are fuller, well defined and pretty with just some Vaseline, and finally the eyeliner looks great! The biggest bonus of all is an extra half an hour in bed during the morning as this is the time removed from my previous make up regime.”

Thank you so much”
Carole F, Essex

Semi permanent makeup (SPMU) is the perfect answer to these problems
It is a long lasting non-surgical solution suitable for women of all ages in which natural features are enhanced with subtle effects (or more dramatic if required). It is ideal for restoring, defining or enhancing brows, eyes and lips.

Imagine not having to apply make up every day?
Colour, volume and definition can be added to lips and often asymmetrical features can be corrected.

Fine hair-strokes can be inserted into sparse or missing eyebrows, and eyelashes enhanced.

Upper and lower lid eyeliner can also be added to add definition and to beautify the eyes.
We are able to offer a variety of effects, from natural enhancement to the more dramatic. We believe in “less is best” Often by recreating eyebrows or defining eyes and lips, clients find it very easy to apply conventional “party make up” when it is called for!

Semi Permanent Makeup is the art of implanting pigments into the upper dermal layer of the skin. With the advances in techniques, ‘state of the art’ equipment and non-toxic pigment ranges, it is both safe and effective. The pigments remain in the skin but will visually fade over time.

One of the most important htmlects of the procedure is the consultation process. We give plenty of time to our clients to discuss the treatment in depth, discuss shape, colour and the desired outcome. We allow 45 minutes for this. In our experience, this process cannot be hurried in order to get the best possible results. Further consultation time is also allowed during the top-up appointment in order to “fine tune” and complete the treatment.

A patch test is always carried out. Reactions are rare but it is recommended.
Colour Boosts or refreshers are recommended every 12 – 18 months and are normally ½ the current price.

We at DERMATICIANS pride ourselves on working under strict hygiene standards and all of us have undertaken the highest quality training which is continually being updated. This has been with Finishing Touches, one of the leading UK companies in the field of cosmetic and medical micro-pigmentation training.

We use medical grade (Class 2A certified) equipment available for the application of Semi-Permanent Makeup. This is the only machine currently available with this level of certification. It is the machine of choice for the NHS and many private hospitals.

Dermaticians practitioners are all fully qualified, insured and only operate from inspected premises that are Health Care Commission approved or Local Authority. (As Per Government Guidelines).
