Semi Permanent Lip Treatments

There is a choice of treatments available for the lips:

Lip Definer
Where lips appear to be naturally thin or have lost colour and volume through the ageing process, re-defining the lips with semi permanent make up in a natural colour can make all the difference. This is the simplest and quickest lip procedure to carry out and can also help to prevent lipstick “bleed”.

Following the permanent lip defining treatment, a touch of gloss is all that will be necessary on a daily basis to maintain this once the ‘heal, peel and fade’ process is completed (up to 7 days)

Neutral or natural shades are available for a more subtle effect as shown below.

16 weeks later

Lip Definer with Lip Blush. Where a thicker or more blended line is preferred. After the first few days, the pigment will settle leaving blended defination to the lips creating a fuller look.

As with the lip definer, the trend is to use pigments close to natural lip tones to achieve a noticeable but softer look.

One of the benefits noticed by many clients, particularly more mature women who have lost volume over the years, is a slight plumping of the lips.

Images below show different shades of permanent lipdefiner/permanent lip blush available. Colours can look a little strong initially but 40% colour loss typically occurs after a few days.  Anyone who has lost definition of their lips can benefit from this procedure.

‘Barely There’ Lip Tint
For the ultimate, ‘barely there’ but volumising effect, choose this!

Particularly suitable for those with perfectly shaped and defined lips but would like to have a slighter plumper shape in a darker tone.

How to obtain the Best Results from your treatment?
- Try to talk to your chosen practitioner.

– Ensure the practitioner is fully qualified, insured and registered with the Local Authority 
– Always ask to see a personal portfolio of work carried out by your practitioner  Styles and approach
