Camouflage for Hair Loss
Medical Micropigmentation can be a useful treatment where there is loss of hair in conditions such as alopecia or following chemotherapy.
Alopecia Areata is a condition which causes patchy hair loss on the scalp or any other part of the body. In the case of “lost” eyebrows, natural hairstrokes combined with subtle shading to create volume, can be pigmented to great effect. Dots of “stubble” are placed in bald shaved areas such as the upper lip, chin and sideburns
Examples of other treatments:
- Hair loss due to scars i.e. eyebrows, moustaches, beards and sideburns.
- Facial Burns.
